I'm Coach Kwang, and my mission is simple: to help you create meaningful progress through personalized coaching, intentional movement, and a balanced approach to health.
With an Associate of Arts in Kinesiology, certifications in personal training, CPR, and wellness coaching, along with over two decades of experience studying movement, martial arts, mindfulness, and holistic health practices, I combine evidence-based training with a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection.
